How long will my order take?
Your package will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after validation of your order. Slight delays might occur if you place your order right before a bank holiday. Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48. Please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery
Can I return my order?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days after delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. Once the items are back in our possession, we will refund the card on file. In order to qualify for a return, you must contact us so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. There will be a £2.99 restocking fee to cover for return shipping label, this fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
My order should have been delivered but I have not received it.
We’re sorry about that, we know how inconvenient this can be. Please send us an email to hello@apotheanic.com as soon as possible so we can track this down for you and find a solution.
How long does it take to have my money back?
Once we've processed your return, you’ll be automatically refunded minus the restocking fee in the original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I buy your product as a gift for someone else?
Of course! Let us know the details for the recipient and we’ll take care of the rest. If you wish to add a personalized note, please leave a message under the comment section at checkout.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes! We take pride in our clean and Vegan ingredient list. We use Vegan alternatives to commonly used ingredients in cosmetic formulations.
Is Apotheanic for Women or Men?
Both. We created our product with everyone in mind.
Does your product have perfume?
No. We’ve only used essential oils to enrich the fragrance of our products.
Is this product safe to use on my scalp?
This product has been designed to be used directly on the hair. However, yes, it is safe for skin contact. Keep in mind some people could be more sensitive to certain ingredients than others. Patch testing before use is always encouraged.
